We were in S&R Alabang last night. We had no plans of buying anything, just to look around, kill time, and maybe grab a bite in ATC or Westgate later.
We had no idea that they were having a sale. Yup! A huge SALE! Some of the things on sale were such a great deal that we end of buying some items that are such a steal!
We bought the best roasted chicken I've ever tasted, much much better than Andok's, for only php199, with a free liter of pepsi.
Some sheets (1 flat sheet, 1 fitted sheet, and 2 pillow cases) and duvet for php1000. Really nice. 300 thread count, 100% cotton. The higher the thread count, the better and pricier.
Comforter, white, king size, for only php1500. Soft and fluffy. A really good buy!
At syempre, the favorite, Ben&Jerry's ice cream (Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough for me, Banana Split for my wife). The last time we bought some ice cream in S&R (The Fort), we were prepared. We nicked some disposable spoons from the supermarket, and we were so giddy and excited that we able to finish one tub on the way home. Its just too bad that this time though we didn't have spoons.
